As of January 1, 2025, our company will be merged by absorption,
with our company being the dissolved entity and Sun-A Co., Ltd.
(President: Tsubasa Ueno) being the surviving company.
Additionally, Sun-A Co., Ltd. is also planning to absorb and merge
Ooi Technica Co., Ltd. (President: Tsubasa Ueno) and Soltec Co.,
Ltd. (President: Tsubasa Ueno), which will result in the integration
of four companies under the umbrella of RC Holdings Co., Ltd., our
parent company, which has been focused on the metal processing
industry.
After this merger, business will continue under the name of Sun-A
Co., Ltd., and the current structure of our business locations,
positions, and staff will be seamlessly transferred to Sun-A Co.,
Ltd. Therefore, we ask that you continue to use our products and
